Refund Policy

Because most Crown BJJ products are custom-printed on demand, all sales are final.

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@crownbjj.com and include:
 • Order number
 • Clear photos of the defect or issue
 • Description of the problem

Once reviewed, if approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
 • Incorrect sizes ordered
 • Change of mind
 • Customer-provided errors (shipping address mistakes, etc.)

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is shipped, Crown BJJ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible, but replacements are not guaranteed.
